JCRC Advocacy: Minneapolis DFL Caucuses

Updated March 27, 2025

JCRC is encouraging Minneapolis residents to participate in the Minneapolis DFL Caucus on Tuesday, April 8.

Recent city actions — like  supporting the pro-Hamas protestors at Morill Hall and overriding Mayor Frey’s veto of the Council’s “ceasefire” resolution — have deeply concerned many in our community. Now is the time to step up and ensure our voices are heard in the process of selecting the next Mayor and City Council Members.
  • Whether you are able to attend the caucus on April 8, preregister with the Caucus nonattendee form (preregistering saves time on caucus night if you attend in person; if you can’t attend, this is a back-up that nominates you to be a delegate to the Convention.

It’s time to take action. Together, we can ensure Minneapolis responds to the needs of all residents who value fairness and common sense.
